CREATIVE DIRECTION, BRAND NAMING, BRAND IDENTITY
Happitu ("Happy To") is intuitive software for building and managing customer service experiences for small and medium-sized customer service departments. This software was built by Customer Direct, an organization that has been providing outsourced customer support for brands for over 20 years. In order to launch, the brand needed to be created, and a visual identity needed to match the friendly and user-focused nature of the software. Once the name was created, a wordmark was created as part of an identity package that would include bold typography and friendly illustration.
